1:22. You have purified your souls by obeying the truth in order to show sincere mutual love. So love one another earnestly from a pure heart.

1:22. You were cleansed from your sins when you obeyed the truth, so now you must show sincere love to each other as brothers and sisters. Love each other deeply with all your heart.

1:22. Seeing ye have purified your souls in your obedience to the truth unto unfeigned love of the brethren, love one another from the heart fervently:

1:22. Having purified your souls by your obedience to the truth for a sincere brotherly love, love one another earnestly from a pure heart,
